Order Administrator Required

A full time vacancy has arisen in our busy label manufacturer office in Brentwood. We are looking for a Order Administrator to assist our busy Order Entry department. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, be computer literate, numerate, accurate and generally enthusiastic. Working in a timely manner is key to the success in this position.

The main duties are:

  • Prioritising and controlling customer emails as they come in to the business
  • Organising sales orders, prior to them being put on to the system
  • Any other general administration tasks

Salary according to experience

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
