We’re finalists in the BPIF Training Awards 2025!

We’re very proud to have been nominated and shortlisted for the “Outstanding Employer of the Year” Award at the BPIF Training Awards 2025.  This is in recognition of our commitment to apprenticeships and the positive impact we have had in supporting the next generation of talent in the print and packaging industry.

Update – We Won!

Baker Labels were crowned “Outstanding Employer of the Year.”

HR Manager Clare Coles is key to this success and added, “This recognition means a great deal to us and reflects the commitment, professionalism, and positive culture demonstrated by our team every day. I would also like to acknowledge our two apprentices who were nominated in their respective categories. Both Lola Carter and Izelda Lala received Highly Commended recognition. We are very proud of their achievements.”

Apprentices Shortlisted for Individual Awards

In addition to the company award we are delighted to share that two of our current apprentices have also been shortlisted for an award in two categories. Lola Carter is shortlisted in the “Personal Achievement” category, while Izelda Lala is in the “One to Watch” category.

It’s hugely thanks to Clare Coles, our HR Manager that we see such success with apprentices. “Working closely with our apprentices in my role as HR Manager is one of the most satisfying parts of what I do – and seeing their confidence grow, their skills develop and knowing I have been part of their journey is incredibly rewarding.
