Working at Bakers

Opportunity awaits

We are truly a first-class (award-winning) place to work and we’re humbled to have been voted as winner of the Brentwood Business of the Year.  Our factory is a busy environment with a talented team who will support you.  This is a place where people can learn, grow and develop their skills.  We care about making Bakers a place where jobs turn into satisfying and long-lasting careers.

Bakers Academy

We’re a large company of almost 100 employees and have grown rapidly over the last few years. As we grow we don’t want to dilute the skill or lose the individual family touch that we’re so proud of so we have created the Bakers Academy which will incorporate production based methods as well as academic. Academy personel will have a personal profile created with focus on the individual’s skills as well as creating a complete foundation of knowledge from which they can then advance into their chosen specialist area.
