Join Our Team: Senior Customer Service Representative – BakPac

As our flexible packaging division, BakPac, continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join the team.
This is more than just a support role – it’s an opportunity to lead on key accounts, help shape customer experience strategy, and work closely across departments to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key player in our sales, customer service, and admin team. You will be handling existing clients, key accounts, and supporting the growth of new business. You’ll act as the link between customers and our internal departments, ensuring everything flows smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
You’ll also take a mentoring role within the team, helping to guide junior CSRs, support collaboration, and uphold the high standards of service we’re known for.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading customer relationships and strategy with key accounts
• Preparing accurate and timely quotations, following our pricing protocols and sales strategy
• Proactively following up on quotations in collaboration with the sales team
• Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Working closely with admin, planning, and studio teams to ensure all jobs are well-prepared before progressing
• Acting as the liaison between internal departments and customers when needed
• Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) from clients, resolving issues with the relevant internal teams
• Supporting incoming sales enquiries and customer service needs at a senior level
• Assisting with ad hoc sales and admin tasks as directed by the Commercial Manager and Customer Service Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with a strong background in customer service. Ideally within the print or packaging industry – who is confident, collaborative, and solution-focused.

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service or account handling role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, confident, and professional approach to problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quoting
  • The ability to manage internal and external relationships with ease
  • A positive, team-first attitude
