What Does a Trainee IT Technician Do?
As a Trainee IT Technician at Baker Labels, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced environment where technology plays a vital role in day-to-day operations. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, helping you understand how IT supports production, systems, and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining PCs, printers, and telephony systems
- Managing IT hardware, assets, and server room organisation
- Assisting with database management and system documentation
- Learning to develop and improve our bespoke FileMaker management system
- Working across departments to understand how IT supports manufacturing

Essential Skills & Qualities
