We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Rewind Department.

Baker Labels is an established trade label manufacturer based in Brentwood, Essex. We work closely with other printers, both label and commercial, print managers and packaging companies to produce the highest standard of work for their customers. The Rewind Department ensures all our orders are supplied to our customers in the correct quantities, sizes and winding specification.

General duties are as follows:

• Ability to read and follow detailed specifications
• Setup and operation of Rewind Inspection Machines
• Inspect for quality and consistency of product while machine is operating and adjust as necessary
• Complete all finished products to specification and package all appropriately
• Responsibility for keeping a clean & organised working environment

You must have:

• A willingness to learn and be part of a friendly, dedicated and hard-working team
• Ability to work well in a busy environment
• Good communication skills and work well with others
• Good basic IT skills, literacy and numeracy
• A good level of concentration and desire to produce a quality product

Experience Preferred:

• Production machine operating
• Working in busy manufacturing environment
• Competent IT use
